How this compares.

Manager-effectiveness assessments aren’t new. Gallup ships the Q12 (the original instrument; ours abbreviates from their 12 questions). Lattice, Culture Amp, and 15Five run continuous-feedback platforms with manager-effectiveness scoring. Most are good. None do what’s below.
